Peace of Mind Counseling Payment Terms

These Supplemental Peace of Mind Counseling Payment Terms (“Payment Terms”) set forth additional terms and conditions relating to your payment of costs and fees associated with your use of Peace of Mind Counseling’s services (“Services”) and are in addition to, and not in lieu of, your obligations under any other agreed-upon financial terms (including, without limitation, those stated at “Assignment of Benefits / Financial Responsibility," which are fully incorporated by reference herein. Peace of Mind Counseling may modify these Payment Terms in its sole discretion without advance notice by either posting the modified Payment Terms on its site and/or by email notification. Material changes to these Payment Terms will be posted in a prominent place or manner. Please check our site to see any updates. All modified terms and conditions will be effective at the time they are posted, unless a longer notice period is required by applicable law or unless we specify an effective date. If any modified terms and conditions are not acceptable to you, your sole remedy is to cease using the Services, and, if applicable, cancel your account. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE CHANGES TO ANY OF THESE PAYMENT TERMS, YOU SHOULD CEASE ACCESSING OR USING PEACE OF MIND COUNSELING SERVICES. By continuing to access or use our Services after Peace of Mind Counseling posts updates to these Payment Terms, you agree to be bound by the updated Payment Terms. These Payment Terms may not otherwise be modified or amended, except with the written agreement of both parties. These Payment Terms (together with the “Benefits / Financial Responsibility") govern your use of and access to services on or through the Peace of Mind Counseling platform, and shall supersede and replace any other terms you have entered into previously with your provider and/or Peace of Mind Counseling.
Payment terms
1. Payment Authorization
When you provide your Payment Authorization to Peace of Mind Counseling, you authorize Peace of Mind Counseling to charge your credit card, debit card, HSA or FSA Card, and/or financial account number (collectively, “Payment Method”) in connection with any and all provider sessions you receive through the Peace of Mind Counseling platform and further authorize Peace of Mind Counseling to maintain your Payment Method on file to pay for any and all such sessions until you revoke your authorization. A copy of your current Payment Authorization is available through your Peace of Mind Counseling account (Practice Policies & Payment for Services).
